Mushroom Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 5 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Water 7 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 3 Tablespoons)
  Canned mushroom pieces 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat liquid remaining in baking dish over low heat on top of range.
Add milk, soy sauce, poultry seasoning, and monosodium glutamate, if desired.
Combine flour and water; add gradually, stirring constantly to the desired thickness.
