Ham And Spinach Rolls With Lemon And Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen spinach package 10 Ounce (1 Packet, 10 Ounce)
  Ricotta cheese 150 Gram
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ham slice 8 (For Sandwich)
For sauce
  Butter 30 Gram, melted
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  French mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Thaw spinach, squeeze out liquid. Combine with Ricotta cheese and nutmeg. Season to taste. Spread mixture over ham slices, roll slices up, place seam-side down in greased shallow dish.
2. Make the Sauce. Combine butter and flour in Pyrex measuring jug, cook on HIGH for one minute. Stir in remaining ingredients except cream. Cook on HIGH for four minutes. Stir twice during cooking. Fold in cream.
3. Pour sauce over ham slices. Cook on MEDIUM for ten minutes.
