Chef's Cheese Sauce
|Sharp process american cheese||4 Ounce, shredded|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
With electric mixer or rotary beater, whip cheese and butter till light and fluffy.
Whip in sour cream and onions till blended.
