Succulent Lobster With Zesty Sauces

Ingredients
  Lobster tails 1 1⁄2 Pound (675 Gram)
  Lettuce leaves 4 Large (For Garnishing)
  Dark soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (With Garlic)
  Dark soy sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon, heated
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Red wine vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Stock 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Green onion 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Hot chili oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Water 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Sesame seed paste 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Hot chili oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Steam lobster over high heat for 15-18 minutes until done.
2. Split lobster in half, discard dark vein. Rinse and cut meat into 1/2 (2 cm) chunks. Place lobster chunks on top of lettuce on a platter, as though the lobster is whole.
3. Combine ingredients for each sauce in separate bowls. Mix and set aside.
