|Evaporated milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Instant coffee||2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Plain chocolate squares||4 Ounce|
Put the milk, coffee, sugar and grated chocolate into the fondue pan.
Stir until the mixture boils then reduce the heat and simmer gently ‘for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in the rum.
