Fruit With Currant Sauce
|Currant jelly||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Plums||2 , cut in halves|
|Peaches/Peaches||2 , cut in halves|
1. Place jelly in 1-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until melted, about 1 minute; stir until smooth.
2. Arrange fruits cut sides down in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour jelly over fruits. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until fruits are almost tender when pierced with fork, 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
