|Fat free less sodium chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||5 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bourbon/Apple juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2/3 cup.
Stir in bourbon.
