Maple-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Fat free less sodium chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Maple syrup 5 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bourbon/Apple juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2/3 cup.
Stir in bourbon.
