Essential Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Cooking chocolate 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Water 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
Directions

Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a heatproof basin with the water and butter.
Use twice the amount of water if you are serving the sauce cold.
Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until the ingredients are combined.
