Prawns In Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Green prawns 12 Large
  Plum sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ginger marmalade 1 Tablespoon
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Five spice powder 1⁄2
  Grand marnier 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Shell prawns leaving tail intact. Remove back vein. Thread prawns onto 4 bamboo skewers (three prawns on each skewer).
2. Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish, coat prawns in sauce, leave covered for fifteen minutes.
3. Uncover prawns, cook on HIGH for four minutes, turn over halfway through cooking.
