1. Place water and asparagus in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 4 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until almost tender, 3 to 5 minutes longer; drain.
2. Mix soup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in 2-cup measure. Microwave uncovered until hot, stirring every minute, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Pour cheese mixture over asparagus. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until hot and bubbly around the edges, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with Cereal Topping.
