Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Seeded chopped tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped canned jalapeno peppers 1 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Cook onion and garlic in oil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
Add tomato and remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm.
