Chayote Squash With Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  Chayote 3
  Unflavored yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Brown rice flour 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and quarter squash.
Cook in salted boiling water until nearly tender.
Transfer to a baking dish in a single layer.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon over squash.
Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, or until very hot.
If you can use wheat and gluten, you can substitute unbleached flour for the brown rice flour.
If you can use gluten but not wheat, you can substitute barley flour for the brown rice flour.
