Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Soft tofu 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned low sodium chicken broth 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Creamy peanut butter 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Sugar 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons)
  Chopped ginger root 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor, top with cover, and process until mixture is smooth
