Pork Fillets With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork fillets 4
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
For mustard sauce
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock cube 1
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  French mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim all fat from pork.
Sprinkle curry powder on sheet of greaseproof paper, roll fillets in curry powder.
Melt butter in baking dish, add fillets, pour lemon juice over.
Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven 15 minutes or until tender.
Baste meat frequently during cooking.
Remove fillets, slice thinly and serve with Mustard Sauce.
