Nutmeg Sauce

Ingredients
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled
  Egg 1
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Confectioner’s sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.
Beat egg in small mixer bowl until foamy.
Blend in butter, sugar, nutmeg and salt.
Fold in whipped cream.
