Ham Loaf With Whipped Horseradish Sauce
|Long grain and wild rice||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Ground ham||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground pork||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Eggs||2 , beaten slightly|
|Condensed tomato soup||5 1⁄3 Ounce (1/2 Of 10 3/4 Ounce Can)|
|Creamy horseradish||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Butter a shallow baking pan or cookie sheet.
Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets with water and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Combine ham, pork, eggs, soup and cooked rice.
Shape into 8-1/2" x 6" x 3" loaf in baking pan.
Bake until done, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
