Ham Loaf With Whipped Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Long grain and wild rice 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ham 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground pork 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten slightly
  Condensed tomato soup 5 1⁄3 Ounce (1/2 Of 10 3/4 Ounce Can)
  Creamy horseradish 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Butter a shallow baking pan or cookie sheet.
Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets with water and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Combine ham, pork, eggs, soup and cooked rice.
Mix well.
Shape into 8-1/2" x 6" x 3" loaf in baking pan.
Bake until done, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
