|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon (Preferably Canola Oil)|
|Pure vanilla extract/1 tablespoon kahlua /coffee liqueur||2 Teaspoon|
In a small, heavy saucepan, whisk together cocoa, cornstarch and sugar.
Gradually whisk in corn syrup and milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring, over medium heat.
Cook, stirring, for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and whisk in oil and vanilla or Kahlua.
