Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon (Preferably Canola Oil)
  Pure vanilla extract/1 tablespoon kahlua /coffee liqueur 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small, heavy saucepan, whisk together cocoa, cornstarch and sugar.
Gradually whisk in corn syrup and milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring, over medium heat.
Cook, stirring, for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and whisk in oil and vanilla or Kahlua.
