Peppers And Corn In Tomato Sauce
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch strips|
|Diagonally sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 inch size)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||7 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Garlic croutons||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
Mix all ingredients except Garlic Croutons in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 5 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until green peppers are tender, 5 to 7 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with Garlic Croutons.
