Peppers And Corn In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  Diagonally sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 inch size)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned whole kernel corn 7 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Garlic croutons 2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

Mix all ingredients except Garlic Croutons in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 5 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until green peppers are tender, 5 to 7 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with Garlic Croutons.
