Rotelle With Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Rotelle/Other pasta 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Progresso)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (Large Cloves)
  Roasted peppers 7 Ounce (1 Jar Progresso)
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook rotelle according to package directions until tender.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce by heating olive oil in a medium saucepan until hot.
Add garlic.
Saute until golden.
Remove garlic and discard.
Remove skillet from heat.
Finely chop roasted peppers (or puree in a food processor).
Add chopped peppers and crushed red pepper to skillet.
Heat until hot.
Drain rotelle and place in a serving bowl.
Top with Red Pepper Sauce.
