Rotelle With Red Pepper Sauce
|Rotelle/Other pasta||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Progresso)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) (Large Cloves)|
|Roasted peppers||7 Ounce (1 Jar Progresso)|
|Crushed red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
Cook rotelle according to package directions until tender.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce by heating olive oil in a medium saucepan until hot.
Saute until golden.
Remove garlic and discard.
Remove skillet from heat.
Finely chop roasted peppers (or puree in a food processor).
Add chopped peppers and crushed red pepper to skillet.
Heat until hot.
Drain rotelle and place in a serving bowl.
Top with Red Pepper Sauce.
