Lobster In Green Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients
  Cooked lobster 1 (Whole One)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned green peppercorns 55 Gram, drained (1 Can)
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Cut lobster in half lengthways, Lightly rinse. Remove meat from the tail, cut into pieces.
2. Place butter in bowl, cook on HIGH for one minute, stir in flour, cook on HIGH for one minute. Combine remaining ingredients, gradually stir into butter mixture, cook on HIGH for four minutes. Stir twice during cooking.
3. Lightly fold lobster meat through sauce, spoon back into shells. Arrange lobster on serving plate. Reheat on MEDIUM for three minutes.
