|Fruit juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Arrowroot||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat 1 1/2 cups of the fruit juice and the lemon juice, honey, and salt in a saucepan.
Stir arrowroot into the remaining 1/2 cup fruit juice.
Stir arrowroot mixture into heated fruit juice and cook, stirring, over medium heat until clear and thickened.
(Do not reheat if arrowroot is used.)
