Rich Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Ounce
  Dark brown sugar 12 Ounce
  Liquid glucose 6 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 gills)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Combine butter, brown sugar and glucose in saucepan, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves; bring to boil, boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow bubbles to subside, gradually add cream, stirring constantly.
