Rich Caramel Sauce
|Dark brown sugar||12 Ounce|
|Liquid glucose||6 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 gills)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Combine butter, brown sugar and glucose in saucepan, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves; bring to boil, boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow bubbles to subside, gradually add cream, stirring constantly.
