Chilindron Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Onion 1 , sliced into rings
  Green pepper 1 , seeded, cut into strips
  Red pepper 1 , seeded, cut into strips
  Saffron 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Diced ham 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Serrano / Other Smoked)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic; fry 10 minutes.
Add onion and peppers; saute until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
