Porterhouse Steak With Special Sauce

Ingredients
  Porterhouse steak 2 Pound (1 1/2 Inches Thick)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh horseradish 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Worcestershire sauce 6 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Broil steak 4 inches below flame.
While it cooks, heat a serving platter and rub with garlic.
Spread evenly with the remaining ingredients, letting them melt and blend.
When steak is done, place on platter, turning once to cover with sauce.
