|Chunky peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated ginger root||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped scallions||2 Tablespoon|
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter with 1/2 cup of water and whisk until smooth.
Add the cayenne, ginger, and soy sauce and whisk until thoroughly blended.
Sprinkle with scallions.
Serve at room temperature with beef sate.
