Hot Mango Sauce

Ingredients
  Mango 1 Large
  Yellow pepper 1 Small, seeds and ribs removed
  Defatted chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger root 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut mango on both sides of the pit.
Scoop out the flesh and puree in blender or food processor fitted with steel blade.
Add the pepper, broth, gingerroot and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into medium-size saucepan and heat on medium-low for about 8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot over grilled fish.
