Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 3 , beaten
Directions

In 2-cup glass measure, place butter, lemon juice, pepper and mustard.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 1 minute until butter melts.
With a wire whisk, blend in egg yolks.
Microwave at MEDIUM (5) 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour over chicken.
