Baked Fish With Lobster Sauce
|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce (15 G Butter)|
|For lobster sauce|
|Lobster tail||1 Pound (1 Green Lobster Tail, Approximately 500G)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Black peppercorns||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1 Tablespoon (Extra Water)|
Skin and bone fillets.
Put fillets into greased ovenproof dish in one layer, sprinkle salt and pepper over.
Dot with butter.
Cover, bake in moderately hot oven for 15 minutes or until just tender.
Place fish fillets on individual serving dishes.
Spoon Lobster Sauce over.
Arrange a Pastry Crescent on side of each plate.
