Chicken Livers In Rich Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, snipped
  Rosemary leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon (dried)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (condensed)
  Red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken 1 Pound
Directions

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine butter, onion, parsley and rosemary.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion is tender, stirring once.
Stir in flour and pepper.
Blend in broth and wine.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
