Chive Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Minced shallot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shallot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Dry vermouth/Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced chives 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small heavy saucepan combine the shallot, the vermouth, and the vinegar, bring the liquid to a boil, and simmer it until the liquid is reduced to about 1 tablespoon.
