Okamigari Sauce

Ingredients
  Sake 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White radish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

1. In a small saucepan, combine sake, soy and sugar.
2. Simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes, or until sugar dissolves.Transfer to a bowl and chill.
3. Stir in radish and ginger
