Cathedral Pudding Sauce

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs separately.
Beat the yolks and sugar together 10 minutes, then add whites and beat 5 minutes longer.
Add vanilla.
This makes a fluffy foamy sauce.
