Peaches In Wine Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel/1 teaspoon dried orange peel||2 Tablespoon|
|Sherry/Sweet to medium white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned peach slices/Canned peach halves||29 Ounce, undrained (1 Pound And 13 Ounce Size Can Or 3 1/2 Cups)|
In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Cook uncovered, 9 minutes, stirring twice during last half of cooking time.
