|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Combine sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, and dash salt in saucepan.
Gradually add water; mix well.
Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and boils; cook 2 minutes more.
Add blueberries; return to boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice; cool.
