Pea Pods In Carb Sauce
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chicken bouillon cube||1|
|Swiss cheese cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen pea pods||14 Ounce, drained (2 Packages, 7 Ounces Each)|
|Canned crab meat||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
Put all ingredients except wine, pea pods, and crab meat into OSTERIZER blender container, cover and process at BLEND (Hi) until smooth.
Pour into blazer pan of Oster Electric Chafing Dish, heat at HI, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
Place over hot water bath and keep warm at MED setting.
