Mushroom Sauce Seasoned With Worcestershire Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 1-quart casserole, combine butter and mushrooms.
Cook covered, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered, 3 minutes, 30 seconds or until mixture boils, stirring occasionally during last half of cooking time.
