Chicken With White Wine Sauce
|Corn oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, peeled, finely chopped|
|Carrot||1 Small, peeled and grated|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Heat the oil in the pan, put in the chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
