Chicken With White Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken spring 1
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, peeled, finely chopped
  Carrot 1 Small, peeled and grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Bay leaf 1
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1 Pinch
Directions

Heat the oil in the pan, put in the chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
Add the onion, carrot and garlic and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the bay leaf, parsley, thyme and wine.
Bring to boiling point, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then
