Ingredients
  Chilled whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg/2 egg yolks 1
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brandy/1 teaspoon brandy flavoring 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.
Beat egg, sugar and brandy until blended; fold into whipped cream.
