Mustard Sauce

  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add flour and stir to make a roux.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and smooth.
Stir in mustard and pepper.
