Fillet Of Sole In Wine Sauce
|Sole fillets||1 Pound, thawed (Fresh/Frozen)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Parsley flakes/1 tablespoon minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|White wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In 1 1/2-quart (10x6) baking dish, arrange fillets.
Sprinkle with salt, onions and parsley.
Mix together wine and flour until dissolved.
Crumble in bay leaf.
Pour around fish.
Cook covered with wax paper or plastic wrap, 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily, spooning sauce over fish once or twice.
Remove fish from baking dish; stir cream into sauce in pan.
Pour over fish on serving plate or if serving from baking dish, return fish to dish.
