Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 300 Milliliter (42 Pint)
  Anchovy fillets 4
  French mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Gherkin 1
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

First make the mayonnaise.
Chop the remaining ingredients together, using the double-bladed chopping knife.
Add the mayonnaise to the chopped ingredients and mix quickly for a few seconds until well combined.
