Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon zest 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, lemon zest and cornstarch.
Gradually whisk in lemon juice and 1/2 cup water.
Bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
Simmer for about 30 seconds, or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and whisk in butter until melted.
