Brandied Apple Sauce

Ingredients
  Tart green apples 6
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Fruit flavored brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Any Fruit Flavor Of Your Choice)
Directions

Peel, core and quarter the apples.
Place in water and cook over low heat until apples soften.
Stir occasionally.
Take from fire, add powdered sugar, cinnamon and brandy.
Simmer 5 minutes.
