Lemon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Egg yolks 2
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Let bubble up together.
Remove from heat.
Beat egg yolks, milk and mustard together with a fork.
Add to flour mixture all at once and stir to blend.
Return to moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
Add lemon juice at serving time.
