Turkey In Mushroom Sauce

  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turkey thighs 6
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green onions 3 , sliced
  Dried thyme 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turkey broth/Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Hot cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Serve)

In a bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
Add turkey, one piece at a time; dredge or shake to coat.
In a skillet, brown turkey in oil.
Add mushrooms, onions and thyme.
Combine the broth and tomato paste until smooth; pour over turkey.
Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours or until the turkey juices run clear; skim fat.
Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
