Mushroom Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Parsley flakes 10 Gram
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter; saute" mushrooms.
Add onion flakes, flour, water and red wine.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
