Tuna And Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, finely cut up (1 Can)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Sliced pitted ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked pasta 6 Ounce
Directions

In saucepan cook onion and garlic in olive oil till onion is tender.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tuna, olives, parsley, oregano, salt, red pepper, and pepper.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Boil gently, uncovered, about 20 minutes or till desired consistency.
