Tenderloin Steaks With Horseradish Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef tenderloin steaks 16 Ounce, trimmed (4 Steaks, 1 Inch Thick And 4 Ounce In Weight)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Low salt beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Sprinkle steaks evenly with salt and pepper.
2. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add steaks, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Place steaks on a serving platter, and keep warm.
3. Add broth, mustard, and sugar to pan; cook over low heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantiy. Return steaks to pan, turning to coat with sauce
