|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried tarragon leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Fish sauce/Anchovy paste||2 Teaspoon (Nuoc Mam / Nam Pla)|
In a blender or food processor, combine watercress, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, and garlic; whirl until smoothly pureed.
Add fish sauce to taste; whirl to blend.
