Apple Butter Sauce
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon (reduced calorie)|
|Apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped (peeled)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, finley chopped|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Apple cider||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apple butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Melt margarine in a saucepan; add apple and onion.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Add cider, milk, and apple butter.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
